The agency app for units on the ground.
Download the Android APK, then enter your Agency Code to request activation. Your agency must approve the account before you go live.

Hayahay Responder is an Android app. It is not on the App Store or Google Play. After you install it, the app stays locked until your agency accepts you.

Enter your Agency Code
Open the app and type the Agency Code your office gave you. This ties your phone to that agency.

Wait for approval
Activation is subject to agency approval. You can operate after an agent or admin accepts your account.

Download alone does not activate you. Ask your agency desk for the code, then wait for approval before you appear as call-ready.

See incoming, verified, SOS, and completed incidents on a satellite map, with a compass inset and status legend.
02 — Respond
Open and navigate
Tap a caller pin for name, phone, source, and status. Navigate to the scene or open the full incident report.
03 — Report
Incident details and chat
Read caller, type, time, GPS, people involved, and narrative. Reply to the caller from the same report.
04 — Duty
Stay active on the map
Share live location in the background, mark yourself ready for operations, and join ongoing rooms muted until you need mic or camera.
05 — Contacts
Call-ready peers
See other units from the same agency, distances on the map, and tap Call for a one-to-one connection.
06 — Alerts
Instant notifications
Get notified when you are call-ready, when a new incident is assigned, and when the desk needs you on the map.
